MiTV is taking our internal professional development training to another level by offering daily self-development opportunities. Every business day at 11 A.M. CST, MiTV offers a 30-60 minute live lecture from a panel of approximately 40 subject matter experts on the topics listed below. These are available for future viewing as well on the Learning Management System (LMS).

Our Impact Team mantra is that we want to "Make an Impact Personally, Professionally and Publicly." Our Leadership Impact Teams and Individual Contributor Impact Teams go on 12-18 month journeys as nominated cohorts. The program includes full-day classes, weekly follow up meetings, book discussions, team building, surveys with action-generating results, coaching and community service. We aren’t just interested in connecting people with content. We are interested in connecting people with people that go on learning journeys together, having a profound impact on employees, our business, the supply chain and our respective communities. To that end, a Motion Mentorship program is also being created in 2021.
